This release delivers important updates to support evolving WISE/DPI reporting requirements for the 2026–27 school year. These enhancements help ensure accurate data reporting, maintain alignment with state guidelines, and support our continued commitment to remaining a certified Student Information System (SIS) vendor.
✨What's New
- Transfer Agency Selection for ETC Exits
School administrators can now easily search for and select the correct transfer agency when processing ETC exits. This helps ensure accurate school identification is reported to WISE and supports DPI reporting requirements. 

- Improved School Search Experience
Transfer agency searches now leverage an updated school directory, making it easier and faster to locate the correct school while improving data accuracy. 

In the tags, you will notice a disclaimer to select the Expected Transfer Agency on the Demographic page.

- Graduation Status Reporting Support
Added support for new graduation-related reporting requirements, including diploma award date, diploma type, achievement category, and student-level graduation status indicators required for WISE submissions.
Parent or Student can opt-out from sharing graduation status from Household Module. 

If the student has multiple diploma, the latest diploma information is shared to WISE.

We’re introducing a new
Adyen-powered online payments experience
to support more transparent payment processing, fee visibility, and reconciliation for schools and families.🌟
What’s New
New Online Payments Configuration
- Schools can now configure online payments using their Adyen account details.
- The setup page has been refreshed to make payment readiness easier to understand, with clear status indicators for account verification, balance account setup, capabilities, and payments.

Service Fee Configuration for POS
Schools can configure how service fees are handled for card payments:
- Required Service Fee— automatically added to the payer’s total.
- Optional Service Fee— gives payers the choice to opt in.
- No Service Fee— no additional service fee is added.
- Service fees are configured by the school and are added on top of the payer’s amount.

Clearer Checkout Experience
- Payers will see service fee details at the bottom of the page
- Totals update automatically when the amount or optional service fee choice changes.
- Required fields now show clearer inline validation messages, with automatic scrolling to help users quickly find and correct missing information.

Improved Transaction Reporting
- Payment reports now include clearer transaction-level details to help schools with reconciliation.
- Updated reports include information such as payment method, payer total, transaction fee, net total, status, and processor transaction reference.

- A new transaction detail view provides a clearer breakdown of payer information, fees, and settlement-related details.
- Transparent Fee and Settlement Details:
- Payments now support a net settlementmodel, where applicable VenturEd transaction fees are deducted before funds are deposited to the school.
- The payer total represents the amount paid by the payer and shown on their card statement.
- The net total represents the amount deposited into the school’s bank account.

- A new settlement-style report helps schools review funding activity by deposit date.
- Schools can see settlement batches, balance account information, transaction counts, gross totals, refunds/returns, and net totals.
- Transaction details within a settlement can be reviewed or exported for reconciliation.

Improved Security and Supportability
- Behind the scenes, Adyen-related actions are logged for auditing and troubleshooting.
- Sensitive payment data is notstored. Only limited card display details, such as card brand and last four digits, are used where needed for reporting and reconciliation.

Wise Improvements and Bug Fix
🌟Improved WISE Reporting for Next Year Grade
- Starting with the 2025–26 school year, we now sendNext Year Grade Levelto WISE based on the student’s promotion details.
✅ What’s New
- Grade level is now calculated from Student Profile → Enrollment → History → Promotion Details
- Promoted to Next Grade→ Next grade is sent (e.g., Grade 2 → 03)
- Retained in Current Grade→ Current grade is sent (e.g., Grade 2 → 02)
- Default is “Promoted to Next Grade”(schools can adjust as needed)

No Change for Prior Years
2024–25 and earlier
will continue using the Repeat Grade Indicator

Smart & Personalized
- All Tracks are selected by default

Clear visibility
- Staff-only events are marked with a lock icon and shown only to staff
- Public events are marked with a globe icon and are visible to household users
If no Tracks are set up yet, you’ll see a helpful message prompting configuration.

Tracking email engagement is now faster and easier in the Communications module.

- A new “Email Opened”column is added toSent → Email details, showingYes / Noat a glance

This helps us identify issues faster and keep the platform running smoothly—without any changes to how you use the product.
- Improved report card visibility after regeneration: After regenerating report cards, the regeneration toggle now automatically turns off, making it easier to immediately view and review the generated report cards.
- Fixed an issue where the Conduct Incident Listing report showed incorrect incident counts and totals. The report now accurately reflects student conduct incidents based on the selected criteria.

🔐 Improved Permission Visibility & Consistency
We’ve fixed an issue where security permissions were not always behaving as expected for parents and contacts (Household Module users).
What’s improved:
- When a main (parent) menu is hidden, all related sub‑menus are automatically hidden.
- When access is granted to a sub‑menu, the main (parent) menu will now automatically reflect the correct permission.
- Household Module users will now see menus correctly based on the permissions set—no missing or partially visible options.
Why this matters:
- Ensures consistent, predictable access behavior.
- Prevents confusion caused by menus appearing or disappearing unexpectedly.
