We have added a
mid-stream consent
option, which is located on the Dashboard. This addition makes providing and withdrawing IRS consent easy for families to do at any point in the application process.
Admin Portal
We made an enhancement to Mass Email to help you ensure that all emails you intend to send as award letters are properly handled. If any merge tag is included in the email body, a pop-up will appear prompting you to either mark the email as an award letter or send it as-is.
