2026-2027 School Year | Admissions Document Text Improvements | TADS Suite ID added to Charge Reconciliation Report | Bug Fixes/Maintenance
2026-2027 School Year
The 2026-2027 School Year is now available for configuration in TADS Admissions, Enrollment, Tuition Management, and Billing. TADS Classic Financial Aid is not covered by this update.
If you would like to begin preparing, reach out to your TADS Implementation Specialist (or send an email to tads-implementation@venturedsolutions.com) and they can configure the modules for you. Otherwise, the team will reach out later this year to get the process started.
Admissions Confirmation Document Text Improvements
The Admissions Confirmation Email sent to families upon completion of an Admission Application will now distinguish between “Required” and “Informational/Optional” supplemental document requirements. Previously, these were grouped together in a single section, leading to confusion from families who were not clear on which documents needed to be completed and submitted versus which documents were purely informational or optional.
Here is a sample of this section of the email (where the document requirement types are divided up by form of submission):

TADS Suite ID added to Charge Reconciliation Report
The Charge Reconciliation Report will now include a column for the TADS Suite ID, making it easier to identify students and manipulate the report to include data from other TADS modules or Educate.

Bug Fixes and Maintenance
- Fixed the “View Requirements” links on the Admissions and Enrollment Documents tabs to properly link to an individual student's document requirement pages within their Admissions Applications or Enrollment Registrations. This will make it easier to quickly access document requirements for specific students.

- Fixed the “Groups” filter on the Mass Update Enrollment Statuses page for both TADS Employees and School Administrator users. This will add increased flexibility to the page if multiple students need to be changed to another enrollment status. Before, when selecting "Specific Groups", the filter's functionality was failing to display the proper students. This will now correctly work as an “Any applies” filter, meaning that if multiple groups are selected, students who fall into any of those groups will be listed on the page so their enrollment statuses can be updated.
