Customizable Enrollment Contracts
We are excited to announce new functionality related to Enrollment Contracts! This update allows school administrators to configure multiple sets of terms and conditions and assign each set to specific groups of students. Once assigned, the contract would appear at the end of the student's enrollment process. Many use cases are possible; some ideas include custom contracts for new students, faculty/staff members, preschoolers, or families accepting financial aid.

There are 5 basic steps to enable and use this feature:
  1. TADS must enable the feature for your school.
  2. You will then have access to a new Contracting tab where multiple ‘Contract Templates’ can be created and customized.
  3. Enrollment Deposits/Fees can be assigned to charge either with all enrollment forms (with the standard TADS filters for student groups, grades, new/returning) OR to specific contracts.
  4. Once templates are created, you will assign a template to each student. This can be done in bulk for multiple students at once.
  5. Once set, each student’s parent/guardian will complete enrollment as normal, with the assigned contract text appearing for them to sign at the end of the process.
