Admit
New Features & Enhancements
Events & Document Uploading for Starter
- Starter subscription schools now have access to the Events module and document uploading functionality. NAIS / DASL Admissions Report
- A new school-facing report under Ravenna Reporting that surfaces the admissions metrics required for NAIS/DASL submissions. Schools can now generate and export aggregated counts (inquiries, DNI, completed applications, DNC applicants, acceptance rate, international applicant data, and more) without Support assistance. Excel export included. Applicant Decline Report
- A new report showing applicants who have declined an offer of admission, along with the destination school (when provided) and results grouped by grade level — giving enrollment teams visibility into competitive trends. Export Payment Queue to CSV
- The Payment Queue page has been updated to the new React data list, with one-click CSV export for both payments and waivers. Reconciliation with external systems is now dramatically faster. Dashboard — Admission Season Selector Moved to Top
- The admission season selector now lives in the top header (similar to Enroll), making it easier to view and switch between seasons without scrolling. Funnel Statistics — Clarity Improvements
- New tooltips and modals explain Current Counts vs. Raw Data, provide definitions for each funnel stage (All, Started, Applied, Forms Complete, Complete, Offer, Accepted, Matriculating), and explain yield calculations — all without adding UI clutter. Lead Management
- Lead status can now be updated directly from the lead edit modal without needing a bulk action.
- The leads date filter now supports selecting a start and end date range for more precise analysis.
- Unlinked leads can now be deleted individually or in bulk, with a confirmation modal to prevent accidents.
- Admins entering leads manually can now include student name, date of birth, current grade, and apply grade. The potential match queue now also includes leads where student names match.
- Starter schools now have limited access to the Communications page to manage Lead email templates.
Family Event Sibling Logic
- Schools can now define a minimum application status threshold for sibling records to be created during family event registration — eliminating spurious "exploring" records for siblings of current students. Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where the Applicant Decline Report was hidden for schools that collect decision responses (it now displays correctly for those schools).
- Fixed an issue where forms containing <section> HTML tags could not be saved.
- Fixed an issue where delegated recommendation form links were not working for some delegates.
- Fixed duplicate Application and Inquiry Confirmation templates being allowed on the new Communications page — only one of each can now be created, matching the original behavior.
- Fixed an issue where test emails to younger siblings incorrectly pulled the older sibling's apply-to grade.
- Fixed <h2> heading tags not rendering correctly in decision template previews and the Hub decision tab.
- Fixed the Hub directory Preview button redirecting to the "Browse for Schools" page instead of the school's own listing.
- Fixed duplicate lead imports silently appearing to succeed — users now see accurate success/failure counts.
- Fixed an issue where the Leads list showed a template dropdown for Starter schools that didn't have access to create templates.
- Data Explorer: Added a clear, user-facing error message when attempting to delete a query that is associated with one or more workflow triggers, including a list of the associated workflows.

New Features & Enhancements
Improved Households Wizard -
The Households step in the application wizard has been updated to remove the "Primary Household" and "Make Primary" badges from the wizard view (the first household is still set as primary in the backend and can be updated from the profile page if needed). Instructional copy has been rewritten to be clearer and more inclusive of families with shared custody situations. Family Event Sibling Logic
- Sibling records are no longer auto-created as "exploring" during family event registration unless they meet the school's defined application status threshold — preventing spurious records for siblings of current students. Affordability Calculator Button Removed
- The Affordability Calculator button has been removed. Bug Fixes
- Fixed the Hub directory Preview button redirecting to the "Browse for Schools" page instead of the school's listing.
Enroll
New Features & Enhancements
