Enhancements:

Ever find yourself scrolling deep into a list of applicants, only to forget which column is which? We’ve fixed that. Now, column headers on pages like All Applicants, Forms, and Data Explorer results stay locked at the top of your screen as you scroll. It’s a simple change that makes reviewing data much faster and keeps your workflow moving.

We now have a new way to deliver critical system announcements directly to you. Important updates can now appear as a popup right inside the platform, ensuring you get time-sensitive information immediately without needing to check your email.

Managing your school's public-facing information just got a whole lot easier. We’ve created a new "Hub Directory Listing" page under "School Setup" that brings all your public profile settings together. Now you have a single, intuitive place to update your logo, photos, descriptions, and contact details, making it simple to keep your school’s presence fresh and compelling for prospective families.

Smoother Email Template Cloning: We fixed a snag that could prevent email templates with special characters (like quotation marks) in their names from being cloned. You can now reliably duplicate any template, which saves time when creating new communications.

A More Polished Look and Feel: It’s all about the details. We’ve updated some older dialog windows with modern styling to match the rest of the application, creating a more polished and consistent experience for everyone.

Your Hub experience is getting a major upgrade. We've completely redesigned the dashboard to be your new personalized home base. It’s a smarter, more actionable space that makes managing the admissions journey more intuitive than ever. New users are greeted with helpful prompts to get started, a clear list of upcoming events helps you track your schedule, and a new "Quick Apply" button on your favorited schools lets you start an application in a single click.

The new dashboard now includes a helpful reminder system for payments. You’ll see a clear alert if you have an outstanding event registration fee, helping you stay on top of deadlines so you don’t lose a spot at an important event.

We’ve made several small but meaningful updates to the application wizard to make it more user-friendly. Parent and guardian cards now show email addresses for quick reference, and we’ve updated terminology to be more inclusive and clear, reducing potential confusion for families as they apply.

Minor Improvements & Bug Fixes:

We’ve smoothed out some bumps in the application process that could cause pages to expire or fields to show errors. Families can now submit their information with greater confidence, ensuring a more stable and frustration-free experience.

To help prevent duplicate student records, the event sign-in form now intelligently respects your school's data settings. This improves data consistency and makes the check-in experience for families even smoother.

This release includes a significant under-the-hood upgrade to our front-end framework. While you won’t see this change directly, it improves the platform's overall performance and security, and it lays the foundation for more exciting features to come.

We’ve also rolled out numerous fixes to improve the user experience across the board. This includes ensuring only active students appear in the application wizard, correcting navigation links, preventing directory errors from invalid school data, and resolving several visual styling bugs on the new dashboard.

Edit Contract Functionality Restored: Editing contracts is back to working perfectly. We fixed an issue that could cause a blank page to appear, so you can now manage and save contracts as expected without any interruption.
