New Features

Year-Over-Year (YOY) Prospect Report:
We've introduced a new https://ravenna-admit.com/director/reports/prospect-report that helps directors see aggregate prospect statuses across multiple admission seasons. Premium schools may view up to three seasons side by side, while others see one. This makes it easy to highlight trends in leads, inquiries, and starts for board meetings and data reviews, complete with an added conversion percentage table.

Bug Fixes

Bulk Email Templates Not Cloning:
Fixed an error where apostrophes in template names caused cloning to fail. Now schools can copy templates without retyping content.

New Features

Config Setting to Skip Countersignature:
Schools can now opt out of requiring a countersignature on contracts. This update was notably requested for BASIS Schools and introduces an organization-level “opt out” setting. When active, once parents sign and pay, the student is automatically marked as enrolled without needing the school’s signature. This saves time for schools that don’t need manual countersigning.

Improvements

Upgraded Icon Library & Styling:
We've modernized the Enroll interface with FontAwesome v6, changed green UI elements to purple (#9a4eae), refined help text, added new icons, and improved mobile responsiveness. Schools can expect a cleaner, more branded interface with improved tooltips and a more intuitive and effortless layout.
Contract Layout & Styling:
Contracts are now centered, sidebars stay in place when switching pages, popups have rounded corners, and error messages use plain language. These changes improve clarity for admins and families alike, enhancing confidence during contract signing.

Bug Fixes

Template Tag Mislabeled:
Changed an accidentally added “charge” tag to “credit,” or removed it if needed. This correction ensures accurate billing or remission logic, especially for schools with specialized fees.
Actions Menu Alignment:
Aligned text and icons consistently in the Actions dropdowns, reducing visual clutter and confusion for staff performing bulk tasks.

Improvements

Student Photo Upload Limit:
Maximum file size for student photos is reduced from 8MB to 4MB, cutting down on upload errors and speeding up the process, especially for families on slower connections.

Bug Fixes

Decisions Ignoring Override Date:
The system now correctly includes decisions with override dates when prompting families to decline remaining offers, preventing hidden or missed admissions decisions.
Student Email Input Not Showing:
Fixed a display bug that prevented the email field from appearing for students aged 13+. Families can now seamlessly enter student email addresses as needed.

General / Cross-Product Updates

Updated Compliance Email Addresses:

All product pages now reference compliance@venturedsolutions.com instead of the old privacy@... address, ensuring compliance with internal policies and keeping contacts up to date.
