Ravenna Email Enhancements

enhanced Email Composer

experience will be available in Ravenna beginning

February 11

We know this is an especially busy time for admissions teams. To that end, this update is being released as an

optional beta

and will run in parallel with your current Email Composer experience. There will be

no disruption

to your existing workflows, schools can explore the new experience if and when it feels right for their team.

What's New:

Unified Communications Page:
Access all your templates in one place under the new “Communications” navigation.
Templates & Archive Tabs:
Easily view active templates or archived ones. You can archive templates to declutter your workspace and unarchive them anytime.
Bulk Actions
: Select multiple templates to delete, archive, or duplicate in one step.
Preview & Edit Improvements:
Instantly preview templates and use new edit icons. You’ll soon be able to click the template name to edit, making updates faster.
Enhanced Filtering:
Search templates by name, type, or tag for quick access.
Composer Layout Update:
Template tags have moved below the text input for a more intuitive workflow.
Permissions & Sorting:
User and school permissions are respected, and sorting improvements are in progress.

The enhanced Email Composer can be accessed under

Communications

. Your current Email Composer will remain

fully available

, and no action is required to continue using it.
