  2. Applicant Profile – Fields Grouped by Folder:
Enhanced the applicant profile view to group custom fields under their designated folder headings for easier viewing.
  3. Consultant Information in Lists:
Added consultant details to key lists. In the Data Explorer and the “All Applicants” list, you can now include and filter by the consultant’s email address and organization.
  4. Consultant Setting – UI Update:
    When the
    Enable Consultant
setting is turned off for a school, all consultant-related filters and columns are now hidden to prevent confusion.
  5. Application Setup Defaults:
Improved the Application Setup page for new schools to correctly reflect which fields are required or optional by default, making the setup process less confusing.
  6. Credit Card Gateway Selection:
Simplified the Credit Card Account setup by limiting the payment gateway option to
    NMI
only, making it the default and only choice for credit card processing configuration.
  7. ADMIT Branding Update:
Updated the Ravenna logo within the ADMIT interface to the latest branding. Users will notice the new Ravenna logo in the application’s header and pages. image
  8. Grades API Endpoint:
Added a new API endpoint to the Ravenna ADMIT API to retrieve student grades, allowing integration partners or schools to programmatically access student grade information.
Bug Fixes
  1. Custom Field Folders – Bug Fixes:
Resolved issues where the “Folder” dropdown was not appearing when adding a new custom field. Newly created folders now show up immediately without needing a page refresh.
  2. Payment Report Generation:
Fixed an issue where the “Payment Report” on the Admin Dashboard wasn't generating. The report now runs as expected, allowing administrators to retrieve payment invoice data without errors.
  3. File Download Extension:
Resolved a problem where downloaded PDF files had no “.pdf” file extension. Downloaded files will now include the proper .pdf extension.
  4. Form Image Previews:
Fixed an issue where images uploaded by parents in a form answer wouldn't display in the form preview if the image file lacked an extension. Now, the preview will show the image as expected.
  5. Notes & Tasks Save Error:
Resolved an issue that caused an error when saving Notes or Tasks in ADMIT for some users. Saving notes and task updates should now work consistently without error messages.
HUB
  • Release versions
    862, 862.1, 862.2, 862.3, 862.4, 863, 863.1, 863.2
Enhancements
  1. Enhanced School Category Filtering:
Improved the school search experience for families by allowing schools to define categories (such as “Boarding School” or “Day School”) for their profile. Families can now filter schools based on these categories, making it easier to find schools by specific attributes. image
  2. New Login & Registration UI:
Updated the HUB login and registration pages with a refreshed user interface. This update includes integration with Google for single sign-on and support for announcement banners on the login page. The new design modernizes the look and feel and simplifies the sign-in process. image
  3. Offer Acceptance Process:
Improved the “Accept/Decline Offers” functionality to prevent duplicate acceptances. After a family accepts an offer and chooses to “Decline All Other Offers,” the system now immediately disables the remaining accept/decline buttons, ensuring no accidental multiple acceptances.
  4. HUB Branding Update:
Updated the Ravenna logo in the HUB user interface to the newest version, reflecting the updated branding across the platform.image
Bug Fixes
  1. Application Submission – Fixes:
Resolved several issues in the student application process:
  • Fixed a bug where the default “Apply to Grade” selection wasn't recognized unless changed.
  • Fixed an issue where the race field, when marked as required, would still trigger a validation error even after a race was selected.
  • Fixed an error that occurred when adding a citizenship value for the first time during an application.
  1. Event Time Slot Registration:
Fixed an issue with event registrations that have multiple time slots. Now, once a time slot is filled, additional students cannot register for that same slot, ensuring accurate capacity management.
  2. Incomplete Profile Alert (Gender):
Resolved a bug where parents would see an “incomplete profile” message when trying to register for an event if the student’s gender was left blank, even when gender was not a required field. HUB will no longer flag the profile as incomplete in this scenario.
  3. Citizenship Field Display:
Fixed a display issue where some student records in ADMIT showed the text “ARRAY” in the Citizenship field for students who hadn't provided citizenship info. The data now displays correctly.
  4. Inactive Students Visibility:
Fixed an issue where students marked as “Inactive” in HUB were still appearing in places they shouldn't. Inactive students will no longer show up in their school’s outgoing student lists or in drop-down menus.
  5. Wording Update – External Offers:
Updated the wording in HUB when a family is recording an offer acceptance for an application outside of Ravenna to better guide users.

Enhancements
  1. Separate Contract vs. Deposit Emails:
We've added a new configuration option to separate contract and deposit notification emails. Schools can now choose to send the contract email alone when a contract is issued, and then have the deposit email sent only after the contract is signed. This provides more control over the timing of these communications.
  2. Rich Text Editor Upgrade:
We've replaced the legacy TinyMCE rich text editor with the
    Redactor
editor for editing emails and contract templates in ENROLL. The new editor offers improved performance and a better user experience when composing and formatting text in the application.image
