We’re excited to announce that an enhanced Email Composer experience is coming soon to Ravenna! These enhancements simplify template management and improve overall usability.

This enhanced experience will launch as a beta, giving schools the opportunity to explore and provide feedback. The current Email Composer experience will remain fully available, and the new version can be accessed for testing under Communications.

• Unified Communications Page: Access all your templates in one place under the new “Communications” navigation.

• Templates & Archive Tabs: Easily view active templates or archived ones. You can archive templates to declutter your workspace and unarchive them anytime.

• Bulk Actions: Select multiple templates to delete, archive, or duplicate in one step.

• Preview & Edit Improvements: Instantly preview templates and use new edit icons. You’ll soon be able to click the template name to edit, making updates faster.

• Enhanced Filtering: Search templates by name, type, or tag for quick access.

• Composer Layout Update: Template tags have moved below the text input for a more intuitive workflow.

• Permissions & Sorting: User and school permissions are respected, and sorting improvements are in progress.

• The update is currently in testing and will be released in the upcoming weeks. We’ll notify you when it’s live in production.

We’ve focused this release on making your everyday workflows smoother, clearer, and more connected. Here’s what just rolled out today:

Inactive user accounts will no longer appear in dropdown menus for Event Contacts or Interviewers. This ensures that only active users can be selected for event roles, preventing confusion when scheduling events.

Fixed an issue that occasionally caused the attendee count to be off by one in event rosters. The attendee totals on event pages now correctly reflect the actual number of attendees (no more phantom entries).

Addressed a couple of minor issues in the Reports section. For example, the “Reset Filters” button now works reliably without jumping to a different report, and the “Export List” button displays with proper styling.

- Recent Improvements (Already Live):

Once a delegated form has been submitted by a delegate, the “Resend” button is now disabled for the parent. This change (already live) prevents parents from unintentionally sending duplicate requests for forms that have been completed, reducing confusion and support inquiries.

A fix has been applied to resolve an error that could occur during event sign-up. Families should no longer encounter a 500 error when registering for an event on Ravenna Hub (this fix was deployed prior to the upcoming release).

We brought a set of meaningful updates to the Ravenna Hub with a redesigned Dashboard. Families now manage more of their journey in one place, and schools get cleaner data with fewer back-and-forth requests.

We rebuilt the Dashboard so it becomes the primary place for families to act and to track progress. This shift supports a true self-service model and reduces routine calls to your team.

Families can pay application and event fees directly from the Dashboard. Payment alerts clear on their own after a successful checkout, so there is less confusion.

Parents can change plans on their own and the system updates in real time. Your team spends less time on simple edits.

When a family accepts an offer at one school, outstanding offers at other schools are declined automatically. Enrollment reporting stays accurate without manual cleanup.

Families can now move faster because key tasks sit in one place. Schools can expect to see fewer tickets, cleaner funnels, and spend less time on manual updates.
