Campus Pay has rolled out two major updates that directly address administrative flexibility and branding needs:
Department Management Made Easy
What’s New
School Admins can now add, edit, enable/disable, and delete departments directly from the Campus Pay admin interface—no code changes required
How It Works:
1.On the Campus Pay Admin Homepage, a new “Departments” menu is available for School admins

2.From the Departments List page Click ‘New Department’ button to create a department and Use Toggle, Edit, and Delete options to manage existing departments.

3.Enabled departments automatically appear in the Forms Settings drop down, making assignment seamless.

2. Standard Theme Enhancements
What’s New:
Admins can now upload school logos, choose background and button colors, and apply changes instantly—no coding required. That will create consistent, branded experience for schools and payers.
How It Works:
a. Clicking on the Create Standard Theme button, admins can view additional customization options on the Standard Themes page

2.Options include logo height adjustment, alignment (left, right, or center), and clickable logo URLs.

Say goodbye to complex coding and hello to effortless customization! With our new Standard Themes, you can now give your Campus Pay forms a personalized touch in just minutes, without needing to contact CampusPay support.
To create a new self-service theme, from within CampusPay, navigate to Themes in the left side menu, then click Create Standard Theme.

On the Create Theme page, you'll be able to customize your school's logo, as well as form background and button colors to match your school's branding.

Access release notes for new features and improvements
You can now view release notes from anywhere within the Campus Pay admin portal, giving you easier access to all product updates, and keeping you informed about all the latest features and improvements released on a regular basis.
1. Simply log in to the Campus Pay portal and look for the new rocket ship icon shown below.
2. Click the icon for a quick overview of updates, Select "See all changes" to explore the full list of release notes.

Submitting Enhancement Requests
You can now share your CampusPay feedback and improvement requests with better visibility and notifications.
1. To submit feedback from anywhere within the CampusPay admin portal, click the new lightbulb icon on the menu bar image
2. After clicking the icon, you will be directed to a page where you can submit a new feature request. Add a description, details and relevant files (images, short videos etc.) to help us understand your feedback ->, then click "Create Post". You will receive email notifications about the status of your request once it has been reviewed by the CampusPay team.

Access QR Codes for the forms
You can now access QR codes from the Campus Pay admin portal. You can simply scan our QR codes from any smartphone and access our forms anytime , instead of dealing with long URLs.
• Simply login to the Campus Pay Admin portal and access “Show QR code” option image
• Your QR code will be generated in a few seconds, after which you'll be able to copy or download it.

• Once you scan the QR code, the form will open, and you can freely fill it out and proceed to receive your payments.
